James Wyssmann, PhD

Licensed Psychologist

James (Jim) earned his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University in 2003 and his Masters' degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1991.

As part of his clinical development, Jim was a case manager in a residential treatment facility for individuals with chronic mental illness. He has also worked in vocational and substance abuse rehabilitation facilities. Other clinical experiences include: College Counseling Centers, Montana State Hospital, Michigan Prison System and Wyoming Community Mental Health System.

Jim worked at Northern Wyoming Mental Health Centers in Buffalo and Sheridan prior to founding Wyssmann Psychological & Counseling, LLC.

Deanne earned her Masters' Degree in Counselor Education, Community Mental Health, (dual track of Marriage/Family and Addictions) from the University of Wyoming in 2003.

Prior to working full time with Wyssmann Psychological & Counseling, LLC, Deanne provided therapeutic services at WYSTAR, Northern Wyoming Mental Health Center and NWCCD - Sheridan College.
